Hadyn developed his commitment and passion for quality flight training working as a Grade 1 Instructor, Head of Operations (CFI), Chief Pilot, testing officer, multi-engine IFR instructor and flight instructor trainer.
RPT Multi Crew Training and Testing | Line Operations
He progressed to flying pressurised turbo props – Cessna Conquest and Metro 23 – conducting charter and low Capacity RPT operations first as a line pilot and later in check and training.
CASA Flight Operations Inspector | Compliance
While working with CASA Hadyn conducted flight tests, Chief Pilot assessments and safety audits. He also processed Air Operator’s Certificates (initial issue and variations) for a variety of businesses from small RPT to air work operators. During this time Hadyn accrued corporate jet experience in the Hawker 850.
