TRACDsolutions™ and Diploma of Aviation Courses

Diploma (and Bachelor) courses in aviation must meet the compliance requirements of both CASA and the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) – the later being the national regulator for Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector.

These pilot training courses are delivered using a registered training organisation (RTO). A flight training organisation can register as an approved RTO or have an association with a TAFE or university that has aviation courses on their scope of registration.

As the CASA and VET courses are not exactly the same, compliance can be tricky. Furthermore, it is our experience CASA and ASQA prefer to see their respective course codes. TRACDsolutions ™ has addressed this making compliance simple.

As the VET sector requirements are not uniform throughout Australia, and are amended more often than CASA courses, we will need to discuss individual requirements with flight training organisations prior to offering our Diploma courses. Contact us.
